These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by WEBNOLOGY (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a company operating in the State of Texas, including but not limited to web design and development, software programming, and mobile app development (“Services”). By accessing or using the Services provided by WEBNOLOGY, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using our Services.

 

WEBNOLOGY offers the following services:

These Services are provided on a project-by-project basis, and specific terms related to each project may be outlined in individual contracts.

 

As a client of WEBNOLOGY, you agree to provide the necessary information, resources, and access required for the completion of the project. You are responsible for ensuring that all content provided to us complies with applicable laws, regulations, and third-party rights.

 

All fees for Services will be outlined in the individual contract for each project. Payments are due according to the terms specified in the contract. Failure to make payments as agreed may result in a suspension or termination of Services.

 

Upon full payment for Services rendered, the client will retain ownership of the final deliverables (e.g., website design, software, mobile applications) created under the scope of the project. However, WEBNOLOGY retains the right to use any portion of the work for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

 

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and confidential information shared during the course of the project. This includes business information, technical data, and any other sensitive material.

 

WEBNOLOGY will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or other financial loss. Our liability will be limited to the amount paid for the Services in question.

 

Either party may terminate the agreement for Services at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments for work completed up until the point of termination will be due immediately.

 

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Texas.
